Anticipate Resistance To Change

Any change to an organization will face resistance for rational reasons: lack of trust, switching costs, competing commitments, and change fatigue--as well as a reflexive identity-based resistance to change.

When making a change, start with a majority--even if that's just three people in a room of five.

Identify grievances and address resistance head-on. If you can, turn resistors into accountability partners.
