#113 Navigating the pandemic as a survivor

Release Date:

Hey beloved listeners, it is time for one of my slightly rambly solo episodes full of feelings and reflections! This time I am sharing some thoughts about navigating the pandemic with its touch starvation, loneliness, endless space to think and wild dreams as a survivor. There is nothing particularly graphic in here, fyi. I talk about my experience in hospital, reengaging with the world, what I am wishing for in our future, what beautiful aspects I want to hold on to , accessibility and how I came to a more empowered place of reframing some experiences I've had. Some of this is really positive and hopeful, some of it is challenging, all of it is complex I guess.  Enjoy!
