Morgan Lyons (@GBTBenneagram) - Know Your Season

Morgan Lyons is the Founder and Creator of Growing Beyond the Books. At the start of the pandemic, she was a fourth-year ELA teacher, who was devastated to be out of her element- in the classroom. While home, she became engrossed with the Enneagram. Her research helped her better understand herself and the tendencies she has. Morgan learned how she handles stress, success, communication, collaboration, conflicts, and structure/organization. These qualities DIRECTLY  impact the classroomWhen schools were reopened, she quickly realized that people were not the same. Educators need support and NOT just with the curriculum. This is when Growing Beyond The Books was born.  Mission StatementAt Growing Beyond The Books, our goal is to: develop individuals both personally and professionally improve communication, confrontation, and cohesiveness among all school faculty, staff, and students prosper empathy to enhance the school environment and amplify healthy relationships for all, building a true culture and community.While our company is based in Fort Worth, Texas, her team serves schools throughout the U.S.
