Megan Gierka aspires to eradicate illiteracy. She is currently employed at the AIM Institute for Learning and Research as a Senior Content Developer and Facilitator. An architect of instructional design and school improvement systems, she has served in preschool through postsecondary roles and supplied strategic MTSS guidance and K-8 intervention. With a humble upbringing and career in Title I schools, Megan recognizes the power of our profession and supports educators by creating and facilitating high-quality literacy content.
