The energy this week is all about disrupting the flow and today's exercise is asking you to disturb the flow in order to give yourself the time you need and so greatly deserve!

"I will not put unnecessary pressure on myself"
There's no need for this extra pressure right now! Be patient with yourself and treat yourself with loving kindness. Trust these words!!
