Episode 28 | The Donaldson-Anderson Saga, Max Scherzer Is Hurt & Adley Rutschman Is Here

This week on The Diamond Duo Podcast, Tom and Tony sift through the massive slew of injuries that has been swept across the MLB landscape as of late. The injury bug has taken down noteworthy players like Max Scherzer, Chris Paddack, Chad Green, Clayton Kershaw, and Tyler O'Neill. In lieu of a traditional Around The Horn segment, the two proceed with some of the week's biggest stories which include the out of nowhere Juan Soto trade rumors (and why they're dumb) and the sudden surge of Trevor Story and the Red Sox. The biggest story, however, is reserved for the conflict between the Yankees and White Sox over an exchange between Josh Donaldson and Tim Anderson. Tensions flared both on the field and off of it as Tom and Tony try to make light of the situation in the wake of Donaldson's recent suspension and subsequent appeal. The two follow this up with their first Buy Or Sell segment of the season!
