Upper East TN Reeling From Helene

Upper North East Tennessee is trying to make sense of the devastation left behind from hurricane Helene. The more than 30 inches of rain that fell in Western North Carolina sent massive amounts of water down the Nolichicky river, flooding many areas in East Tennessee. People lost homes, bridges were knocked out, and many farmers lost a lot of crops. Despite the massive loss people are coming together to help their neighbor in need.
