#76 - Alicia Monson (OAC)

Alicia Monson is a Wisconsinite and long-distance runner who is now based in Boulder, training with the On Athletics Club. She joins us for this week’s episode of the Sweat Elite Podcast for a wide-ranging conversation in which we discuss going pro with On, her Olympic campaign for Tokyo, heat preparation, training with OAC, working with the shoe design team at On, and nutrition (which she studied in college). Alicia shares a lot about what goes behind the scenes to see her performing at the elite level and there are lots of lessons to be taken from her experiences. We look forward to following Alicia as she moves into the outdoor season, with her sights firmly set on the upcoming World Championships on home soil.
