S4 EP1. Empowering our Children guest Adrian Tuitt

Whether you have children, nieces, nephews or close family friends; as adults we play as major and influential role in the lives of our children. Our children are like sponges they absorb everything they see and experience in their environment. That is why we have to be deliberate with our intentions and guidance as it has a profound impact on their mindset. In this episode we discuss and explore ways to empower a positive mindset for our younger generation, after all, there are our future! Mirroring can be such a powerful empowerment tool. When we mirror for our children, we’re reflecting our own confidence in their abilities and potential back to them, which gives them the encouragement they need to develop and grow. To kick off series 4, we invite Adrian Tuitt, also known as AT is a sports coach and motivational speaker who runs the coaching company, The Little Runners Sports in Schools. He too struggled at school when he was younger and fell in with the wrong crowd. However, Adrian broke away from the dangerous path he was headed down and was inspired to work with and inspire children he started with sports coaching and then expanded our and now gives talks to young people in schools. His focus is to empower our youth to develop a positive mindset and to strive to become better everyday.
