General Hospital spoilers for September 30 - October 11, 2024 see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seems to be on the verge of irritating Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) while Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is ready to cause chaos in Port Charles. 
GH spoilers see Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) deliver Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) to General Hospital for a liver donation test for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), while Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is under suspicion for tampering with medical tests. Carly regrets her decision to aid Sonny with his alibi, and Sam McCall's (Kelly Monaco) departure from the show is slated for November. Holly Sutton's (Emma Sams) return to town with stolen diamonds puts many at risk as Sidwell is in hot pursuit.
