General Hospital sees Rick Lansing (Rick Hearst) is back in Port Charles and is looking to get back with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). It's been years since Lansing was last in town, and his arrival is stirring up mixed reactions among viewers. The lawyer is seeking a fresh start with Webber, who he still holds a torch for, and according to Hearst, there may be a chance for the spark to reignite on the ABC soap opera. 
The GH actor teases a possible reunion, stating that Rick has never forgotten about Liz and is eager to get past the emotional walls she's built up. However, with Webber still grieving for her late husband Franco Baldwin (James Franco) and recovering from a bitter breakup with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who knows if she'll be open to Lansing's advances.
