General Hospital sees Lulu Spencer's l(Emme Rylan) life hangs in the balance, with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) also facing potential death. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may be forced to make a devastating choice. Lulu needs a liver transplant. As a potential donor, Sam McCall faces her own life-threatening situation on the ABC soap opera. With Sam and Dante deeply in love and co-parenting their children, the loss of Sam would be a devastating blow to Dante. And he may have to make the decision about the liver transplant. 
GH also sees Sam's sister, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), is spiraling, convinced that Ava Jerome (Maura West) is responsible for Jagger's (Adam Harrington) death.
