Send us a Text Message.In this episode, I am chatting with award-winning chiropractor and doula Dr Elliot Berlin about his role in supporting women through a healthy conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Dr. Berlin shares his wisdom and offers tips and information to support you in achieving the same.  We chat about his journey to becoming a chiropractor and how he came to specialise in pregnancy. His own personal journey of conception led to an understanding of how important it is to ensure that both your body and mind are healthy in order to conceive a child, otherwise the body will be trying to prioritise other elements. Dr Berlin soon realised that information shared with pregnant women was limited and set up the Informed Pregnancy Podcast.
