Flow (River) Meditation

In this meditation I use a recording that I made sitting in bliss beside a river in the north of Scotland. The sun was warm and the green of spring was at it's most vibrant and glorious. I was inspired to create this meditation simply watching the steady flow of the beautiful water and connecting with the Svadisthana Chakra.
