It is always useful to go back to basics! Whilst it is valuable to focus our meditation on a single aspect we must embrace the classic meditation that is simply breath, body awareness, and noticing what comes up as we sit in stillness. These are the moments that inform us of so much - being the observer of the breath, body and mind will tell us so much. This is the template for your own meditation! To simply sit and watch, with love, with kindness and with no judgement.
