DTD2790: The A-lady's adaptive volume feature

Brought to us by the brilliant David Ward (dward@goodwillvalleys.com), it's a fab built-in feature - US-only at the mo, I'm afraid - where the A-lady is able to adapt her speaking volume based on the room's ambient noise. NICE!!! 📣
