This week on the podcast we are talking about Camera Ecosystems, and what you are really buying when you buy into one camera company.This comes as I find a lot of people focusing on the specs of one camera body over another because I feel like people are forgetting what really matters in these instances.This is why we are talking about Camera Ecosystems.Camera ecosystems are comprised of all the parts of a camera, the camera body, the camera lenses, the lighting equipment, the ergonomics, the menu system, and so many more little intangibles. We start by looking at lenses and then move onto ergonomics. These are two of the most important things to consider when investing into a new camera ecosystem, beyond just the specs of a new camera body. Because, really, that new camera body is great and all but you are really investing in the glass a company produces and the way that camera feels.
