He has served on the board of directors of several nonprofits and is the Insurance Commissioner’s appointee on the Board of Governors of the California Insurance Guarantee Association. Prior to becoming a lobbyist, Mr. Gusman worked as an associate at a business litigation firm where he represented clients in both federal and state court.
