Running (the podcast into the ground)

The truth comes to light as Michelle and Rachel come unhinged in this light on running episode. Someone unexpectedly breaches the no swearing agreement - and it’s not who you’d think! Michelle admits her hatred for pink clothing and all black sneakers while Rachel admits her love for the work-issued sneaker look and points out the pink flowers on Michelle’s fun socks. The duo reminisces about all of the fun 90s ab hacks, tests the boundaries of their marriages, and occasionally offers some non-advice about getting into running.
