016: When and How to Fire a Client

The topic we will discuss in today’s episode might come as a bit of a surprise. And I know that talking about firing a client may seem like a bit of a downer. But the fact of the matter is that you need to be in charge of your business at all times, and that means when a client goes rogue, becomes abusive, or goes from being a great fit to being a poor fit, you have the right to fire them. It is never an easy decision to make when you are considering firing a client.
