Something you may not know about me is that I've been alcohol-free for the past three months. It hasn't been easy. Basically, I started paying attention to my body and how I felt the days after I drank -- anxious, sad and just no energy. I've taken breaks before but I would always come back to drinking. So to better understand my relationship with alcohol, I brought on one of the smartest people I know onto the pod, Dr. Jessica Leon.
