2023 Spring Garden Summary!

In today's episode I am talking all about the struggles I've had with the spring garden, like slug and snail damage, poor soil ph, poor nitrogen availability, and how I plan to amend my soil for fall, like adding elemental sulphur and a high nitrogen fertilizer. I also discuss the plans I have for mulching in the winter, that way I do not use leaf mulch again. My plan for that as of right now is to use a soil building cover crop through winter, then work it into the soil in early spring, and finally mulching with compost.
