He got his start working at various universities and what he describes as 'sitting with folks while the wheels fall off'. We are talking about the mental health of our society and men and how they are experiencing depression and anxiety they are just showing/expressing it differently then women do. I love everything he had to say, obviously that's why I had him on the podcast. We talk about how we need to start acknowledging and stating our feelings. Own them and do the next good thing. We discuss dealings with our partners...feeling like a burden, money, and sex!!! We've created a world in which we cannot thrive. You guys this is a must listen.
