56. Sneak Peek: How I Make The Switch From Winter Goals To Spring Goals

My goals for Winter are not the same as my goals for Spring and it takes a different mindset and different actions to get me the results I want.You are getting a "behind the scenes look" at what I do for my workouts, how I change up my macros and my exact mindset shifts to make sure I am set up for success.
