Harry will be serving his 25th season as the Director of Tennis at the Waccabuc Country Club in New York.  He is an experienced consultant and search executive in the racquets industry and he is currently a partner in Simmard Enterprises. Harry served at World Class Facilities as the executive director of tennis at a Luxury Resort Community in the Bahamas called Albany, he was the Director of Tennis at Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Florida, and Director of Tennis at Plantation Bay also in Florida. He served as USPTA FL president for 3 years and president for USPTA National for 2 years
In this amazing episode: He explains how the customer may not always be right but you can "let them be right". His believe in hiring attitude and training the rest, and being relentlessly positive on and off the court.
