How To Let Go Of Control

They will know how to do things, sometimes better than you do. [10:41] Outsourcing your email or CRM management, in my opinion, is the best thing to outsource during peak season. [13:15] When you allow yourself to give up control, you will gain the space you need to take care of the things only you can take care of. [16:22] You gain emotional and mental space when you give up control.
