Deandra Dottin: Athletics in Barbados to T20 Powerhouse

Deandra Dottin is a female cricketer from Barbados and has been a force in the women's game for a number of years. She made her debut for the West Indies at only 17 years of age. She had to make the difficult choice between athletics and cricket at a young age. After playing for her country for many years, Deandra now plays on the T20 circuit. Deandra is fighting for her fellow female cricketers to receive better pay for the entertainment they provide.
