India आणि Australia चा WTC final पर्यंतचा प्रवास

दोन वर्षांपूर्वी न्यूझीलँड विरुद्ध वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चॅम्पियनशिपचा अंतिम सामना हरल्यानंतर भारताने तिथेच इंग्लंडमध्ये पुन्हा एकदा WTC फायनल गाठायची तयारी सुरु केली. पण त्या दोन वर्षात बरंच काही बदललं आहे. विराट कोहली-रवी शास्त्री ह्यांच्या ऐवजी रोहित शर्मा आणि राहुल द्रविड ह्यांच्याकडे संघाची धुरा आहे. अनेक प्रमुख खेळाडू दुखापतीमुळे अनुपलब्ध आहेत, पण तश्या परिस्थितीत देखील भारताने ऑस्ट्रेलियावर बॉर्डर-गावस्कर ट्रॉफी वर आपलं नाव कोरून इंग्लंड वारी पक्की केली. आणि आता मानाच्या विजेतेपदासाठी भारताचा सामना बलाढ्य ऑस्ट्रेलियाशी इंग्लंडच्या वातावरणात होणार आहे. पण त्याआधी CCBK च्या ह्या विशेष भागात अमोल कऱ्हाडकर आणि अमोल गोखले भारत आणि ऑस्ट्रेलिया ह्या दोन्ही संघांचा द ओव्हल, लंडन पर्यंतचा प्रवास...     
India began their second journey towards the World Test Championships (WTC) final in England, on the back of the loss in the inaugural WTC final. Two years later, India face Australia for the coveted trophy. Much has changed in those two years, from India visiting neighbours Bangladesh to the Rohit Sharma-Rahul Dravid duo at the helm instead of Virat Kohli & Ravi Shastri. Similarly, under the leadership of Pat Cummins, Aussies have become a force to reckon with and have stormed to the WTC final, despite losing the Border-Gavaskar Trophy to India just a couple of months back.
