The Christmas and New Year period can wonderful, catching up with friends and family. It can also be challenging for many reasons. Being in a partnership means that you will work together to create new traditions but also potentially embrace your partner's family and some of their traditions too. It's can be a season of compromise and often it can be a struggle to be in two (or more places at once).
