Ep. 61 Suicide

We both felt so called to discuss the issue of suicide and its place in our lives. Our hope is that if you are or someone you know is dealing with these types of thoughts, this episode and our message finds you. 

We have both been blessed in finding our why these intrusive thoughts have come into our lives. We now see this side of our lives as such a blessing, knowing that when you are in your darkest moments, the light is able to shine even more bright if you allow it. 

In this episode we talk about how to reach out to people in need, and also how to speak up when you feel down. 
We want you to know that you are enough, you are seen, and you are loved.
