Ep. #4: Let Go Of The Judgment: Shed The Shame + Stick It To The Stigma!

Release Date:

Hello everyone!
Today's episode is about letting go of there people's judgment, giving them back their narratives, and coming back to ourselves. Your life is yours, your thoughts and feelings are yours. That is the power you possess. No one can take that from you. No amount of judgment or denial on their part can change that!
Also, we talk about utilising compassion and kindness in a sincere way and not to control others or assert power over them. If we send love and light to people, or if we detach and move on, it comes from a place of healing and love.
It's so easy to be taken away by what people say, especially as sensitive beings, but ultimately, only you are in charge of you and your life. People will sy all sorts of things and that's on them. Equally, the way you receive that and deal with it is on you. They have ZERO affect on your life. Fundamentally, their opinions and nonsense have ZRO effect on your life. It is your life and as the person you are inside, you need to reside in truth and in love. That is how you can spread it.
As a Yogis, our lifestyle is about cultivating love and peace. People often end up resenting us or sometimes we lose some people. We heal from that. But at the end of the day, we are aware of resistance and aware of the work that needs to be done. The work of a Yoga is not to analyse what is wrong or what is missing in the world. It's about knowing what is wrong and missing and trying to heal it and fill it with kindness, compassion, and love. This applies to all humans, not just Yogis, in fact.
Go live out loud. Shine your light.

Happy listening!
With love,
G 🌸
