Release Date:

On this week's episode of the Free Thought Project Podcast, Matt and Jason talk with Mira Terada, the head of the Foundation to Battle Injustice. Mira is an international human rights activist, writer, publicist & philanthropist. Unfortunately, she is also the victim of the US police state. In 2018, she was taken into custody on trumped-up charges related to crimes she did not commit. As a result, she spent 888 days in custody, having been in 11 different US prisons where she experienced physical and psychological pressure, torture, and bullying daily.
During the podcast, Mira talks about the Myrotvorets website. Myrotvorets translates as "peacemaker," but in actuality is a Ukrainian website that functions as a kill list for individuals who challenge the establishment narrative on Ukraine. Though Ukraine denies government involvement in the kill list, it was admittedly started by an employee of the Luhansk Security Service of Ukraine. Many of the folks whose names have appeared on this list have been executed extra-judicially. Mira explained that there are over 327 children on this list, prominent American mainstream journalists, and Mira herself. On top of the kill list, we also discuss the importance of peaceful communication between ostensible political rivals, knowing and understanding history, and why it is imperative to see through the war party's propaganda machine.
