Forget fantasy football, we're drafting the ultimate marketing dream team in this episode.  Another area of marketing that marketing leads are responsible for is building a team to hit your sales and brand goals and I've never done an episode on it so it's time to delve into it today!In this actionable episode, I start with a mini but mighty team of 4 - the core skills I would hire and most importantly why and what they would be doing. Then, if I was starting from scratch what my 10+ marketing team line up would be. This is based off B2C and product, ecommerce based team but I talk through the adjustments I would do if it was service based and plenty of tips throughout the whole episode for you to consider and action if you are building out your marketing team.
