Meet a Member of Your Spirit Team: Energy Activation

A Spirit team member can be truly any energy. From a special unique energy being, to a Goddess energy, an ancestor, an animal, and so much more. You are invited to sit with this activation in any way that feels good for you, and to revisit it when you feel the gentle pull to do so.

As per all of my teachings and previous episodes, it is your responsibility to choose what you intentionally align with before doing any energy work. Your Inner Light provides you a safe haven of connection with your higher power, higher self, and beyond.
