To celebrate our 200th episode and 4 years of How’d She Do That, we are showcasing our very own Emily Landers.

Emily Landers is a host, author, and entrepreneur. The native Texan, who graduated from Baylor University with a BA in Communication, Class of 2013, moved to New York City upon graduating and began her career interning at Footlocker, Inc. She then held various roles in Public Relations and Marketing before moving back to Texas to help launch a social media marketing company as their CEO.

Emily moved to Southern California in 2015 after marrying her husband, Luke, who attended Pepperdine Law School.
After having multiple “How’d She Do That?” conversations while mentoring college students going into post-grad, it dawned on Emily that many of these conversations would be encouraging for many women to hear.

Emily started HSDT in 2020. Her weekly episodes inspire thousands around the world and she continues to speak, write, and share intentional conversations in hopes of inspiring other women to do the same in their own lives.
