#55 Matt Dahlia - The Yes Theory Story: Seek Inner Discomfort, Navigate Friendships, Write Your Story

Release Date:

Matt Dahlia (formerly "Matt Dajer") is the cofounder of Yes Theory, a YouTube channel and community centered around "seeking discomfort." In this interview, Matt opens up about quitting YouTube, struggling with anxiety, evolving his friendships, and going through spiritual growth. After growing a massively successful endeavour, Matt decided to leave Yes Theory to find himself. Before, Matt had placed all his worthiness and success on the outside from running an Iron Man to going on blind dates with girls. This is a story of going inward and understanding his essence; the reason for why he started in the first place.

Now, Matt Dahlia finds himself on an evolving path and contemplating the wild journey alongside the Yes Theory founding members, Thomas Brag, Ammar Kandil, and Darin Emre. In recent years, Matt has seen a lot of change. He stopped appearing on Yes Theory adventures, began writing a book, and even changed his last name from "Dajer" to "Dahlia," like the flower.

Join Matt Dahlia & Emilio Ortiz in a raw, honest conversation about where Matt is now, and where he is headed next.
