"My husband and I went out to dinner on Sunday night and got into an argument with our server and the restaurant manager. My husband laid cash on the table after receiving our bill. The server quickly came by and grabbed it. My husband asked for the money back because he was not going to leave her all of the cash. The server refused to return the money and said once a tip is on the table that's it. The restaurant manager then came over. We complained to him before he showed no backbone and sided with his server. He said once a tip is on the table, that's it you can't change it. Whatever happened to ‘’the customer is always right’’?
