Why did the Browns choose Ken Dorsey as their offensive coordinator?

The Browns hired former Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey as their offensive coordinator. He takes over for Alex Van Pelt as the Browns look to remake the offensive side of the ball around Deshaun Watson.
