Episode 478: The Crow (2024), Blink Twice, Movie News LIVE!

We're grasping at the last vestiges of summer here at Breakfast All Day and we're glad to have you along with us. First, we review of "The Crow," a re-imagining of the tragic 1994 action movie based on the comic book series. Bill Skarsgård and FKA Twigs co-star. It's not terrible, but the studio didn't need to be cagey about it with critics. In theaters now. Then, we have a spoiler-free review of "Blink Twice," which we both thought was pretty awesome. Zoë Kravitz's directorial debut is a tense and twisty thriller with a terrific cast, led by Channing Tatum, Naomi Ackie and Adria Arjona. Also in theaters. We wrap up with Movie News LIVE!, the last one of the month, since Alonso's heading to the Venice Film Festival on Monday. Among the topics we discuss are those fake "Megalopolis" critic quotes, "The Acolyte" season 2 being canceled and the end of Bennifer 2.0.
