Instead of following a group of vigilantes as they attempt to stop superheroes from abusing their powers, Gen V’s pilot, “God U.,” follows 18-year-old Marie Moreau, as she heads to superhero college with dreams of becoming a crime-fighting hero and proving to others and herself that she is not a monster.
