103: My huge 2021 mistake / How to know if a leak caused mold

I’m starting off the year of podcasts (admittedly a tad late… I blame my newborn who doesn’t sleep very well) by pulling the curtain back on We Inspect’s 2022 Vision Meeting, the huge mistake I think I made in 2021, and what I’m doing this year to make it up to you.

Then we discuss a conversation I had with a client yesterday how and they told me of a previous leak they had, but not to be worried about it because they handled it “right away”. Here I’m going to tell you how and why stopping a leak “right away” doesn’t prevent mold from growing.
