One day, Naofumi gets randomly summoned to different world and told he is the legendary Shield Hero. Its his job to work with the other heros to stop waves of monsters from destroying the world. The only catch is, No one likes the Shield Hero, and he gets framed for several devious acts against the princess. Unable to leave until the threats are stopped, its up to Naofumi to find his own way to navigate the waves of monsters, when his only weapon can't attack.
