Body Dysmorphia is a condition that a growing number of people in the gym sphere are dealing with on a day to day basis. Pinching their skin, checking themselves in the mirror, and unfortunately it is sometimes a short jump to extremeley disordered relationships with food. In todays ep we are sharing what we have experienced with this condition, and our ways to ease the burden.
