Episode 329 Kilimanjaro and the One-Leg Beast

Today Lisa-Anne has Erika Bogan who has been on before and her One-Leg Beast that she takes on OCR together on the show.    

Brian is a single leg amputee from an accident that found himself through OCR.  This is a great episode discussing how he started, how they met, and the next couple big challenges including Spartan Ultra, Worlds Toughest Mudder, and a little trip up the largest freestanding mountain in the world.  Mt.
