This leads to decreased enjoyment when we have downtime and more burnout. To get out of this cycle of mentally working every night, we must learn to set better boundaries with our brains. In today's episode, I will teach you what you need to know to set boundaries with your brain, how to utilize "Work-Mode" and "Home-Mode" to retrain your brain when it's ok to work, and my tricks for leaving work at work.
