EP#133: The Worker Bees of Medicine

I was recently asked why I referenced Bees so much when talking about OB/GYN's, and the reason is simple: OB/GYN's are the Worker Bees of medicine. We juggle a million roles, we work tirelessly, we take care of others, and we keep the world going.  

The problem is, whether we are talking about honey bees or burnt-out bees, our numbers are declining. I don't know the solution to declining honey bees, but I definitely know what it takes to address the burnt-out OB/GYN problem. I know because I have been there, and because I help other OB/GYN's do the same. And today, I am sharing exactly what it takes to fix it.
