Paul Casey Interview

Release Date:

Hello, and welcome back to another episode of the Irish Tennis Updates Podcast. Thanks for tuning in.
This week I have a great episode. I’m talking to Paul Casey. Paul has been involved in Irish tennis his whole life and is one of the most experienced and respected coaches in the country. As a player, he attended college in the US and since then he has dedicated himself to coaching. He was formerly the national coach, he spent many years working in Kilternan, and he has worked with a huge number of players who went on to compete internationally and represent Ireland. For the past 15 years, Paul has been based in Glenageary.
Paul’s burning passion for tennis really comes across in this interview. He talks about his early days in tennis, 2 people that had a major impact on his coaching career, the various stages of his coaching career, his thoughts on a variety of issues in Irish tennis, why tennis is like chess and a whole lot more.
I think there is a huge amount to take from this episode and I hope you find it as interesting and enjoyable as I did.
