In this episode, I had a great conversation with Mitch Muller who is the Owner/Found of Mindset Fitness. Mitch made some announcements that were announced for the very first time on this episode! We also talked about how he got into bodybuilding, why he walked away from Instagram for an entire year(Mitch's biggest platform for his business), his future plans for Mindset Fitness,  how God has stretched his faith the last few years, and most importantly how he became a follower of Jesus.
