Veteran gangster Martin ‘The Viper’ Foley is facing having his house repossessed to pay off a massive Criminal Assets Bureau bill which has grown to over €700,000.The 73 year old was hit with a tax bill from the CAB more than 20 years ago but he only paid off a small portion and then challenged it through the courts.By 2020 it had quadrupled to what he currently owes developing an impasse between him and the Bureau.Nicola speaks to Niall Donald about a bad year for The Viper.
