The Chakras: The What, Why & How of Energy Healing

Working with the chakras gives you a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of your body, mind & soul. In this episode, I talk you through what chakras are, how you can work with them and what it means when they’re blocked, A journey of consciousness honours the holistic path of healing emotional, physical and spiritual elements in your life - and chakras are here to gain awareness in how that can work for you. Chakra translates to ‘wheel’, and the seven main chakras in our energetic body all focus on various themes related to our emotional, physical and spiritual health. The main focus is that the wheels are turning healthily. A blocked chakra points to a wheel slowing down, and since they’re all interconnected, this can affect your whole being. I hope this podcast episode brings you insight in what chakras are and how you can work with them on a personal level. I share a visualisation meditation at the end to give you an idea of what it can mean to work with all the chakras.
